    I'm waiting for my birth cert I paid extra for faster processing. 25 days out and I can't get a hold of anyone. Nobody has tried to help me. I got no receipt number or tracking number which was not given to me. I have a request number F930657 and the payment conf number is 537VS60749343. Albert Martinez in Hawaii

    Today's a Holiday . Two days ago I tried calling and to no avail. I got an emergency agent who said she couldnt help me. I'm feeling hopeless bc nobody has tried to contact me. Your website is not very user friendly. Please call me or email me at Lavabertkona@gmail.com

    I inquired about the status of my daughter's birth certificate, which is needed for insurance verification and I paid extra for express service.FedEx shows you received this 8 days ago.  I got referred to this email address: "you will need to contact the Vital Statistics Unit directly. Please forward your email to registrar@dshs.state.tx.us ", which then referred me back to texas@statevitalrecords.org, which was unable to help me in the first place.

    Made request for and paid for "Death Certificate" for Aquila McGrew in August.  This is September and have not received.  Is it being sent?

    I still haven’t received my son’s birth certificate that I paid for and I am needing a change of address since we have moved! No one seems to help me to get that changed and FedX can’t change it! They said state of vital records has to make that change of address for me.

    Paid for rushed shipping it still isn't here. Mail has come and gone and it keeps sending me to this...today was the last day you guys said it would be here. Yet I have no birth certificate or a order tracking number to say it even shipped.

    Warning do not order thru this company! This is nothing but a scam. I paid for rushed shipping got run in circles about why my birth certificate wasn't here all to call up my states health dept to find out they never placed the order. Do yourselves a favor and call up your own states health dept and order it thru them. These people are nothing but a scam. Also if you have paid u suggest you contact your states attorney general and file a complaint on this company!
